Carboniste Wine 'Corralitos' Santa Cruz Mountains Brut, 2018

Grab yourself some California high altitude sparkling wine! This wine is 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir all coming from the Corralitos area of the Santa Cruz Mountains. This wine gives a depth of fruit and length of finish previously unseen outside of Champagne. Grab a friend chicken sandwich from Popeyes and enjoy.
